BELOW ARE OUR PROJECT REQUIREMENTS READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: EXTERNAL LINKING RULES 1. Require One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted) 2. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase (we will supply the target keyword/keyword phrase) as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description that we will also supply. 3. Links must be permanent, static htmllinks 4. Links must be in text, no graphics 5. Links cannot be from framed pages 6. Links cannot be through a JavaScript 7. Links cannot be through a redirect script 8. Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages 9. Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag 10. No links using any automated techniques or techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic. 11. No link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 12. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 13. Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and Not under construction). 14. One link per domain. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses 15. Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa 16. No sites that require ongoing payments 17. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. 18. No link from: guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic or generally black hat sites, Gambling, Sports, Poker, Bingo or related websites 19. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics 20. Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads; 21. Links must be manually submitted ONLY. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 22. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 23. Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties. 24. Must send us weekly updates of links. 25. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. 26. Links must be on Articles, Holiday, Travel, News or related websites. Prefer to have links placed on websites that offer information on the above subjects 27. Link page should be on English language sites only 28. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days. 29. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc 30. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most. 31. Link pages must relate /relevant to topic. 32. Links must be in different text combinations. 33. Links must be listed / indexed in corresponding PR SITE and PAGE 34. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted). 35. No forums, directories, blog comment submissions, guestbooks or classifieds links. 36. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well. IMPORTANT NOTES: ----------------------------- *NO DIRECTORIES *Links of PR higher than 5 required. *PR must apply to the link pages, not website home page!* *Your quote will be for the price for the whole project *Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink, we will supply various anchor text. DELIVERABLES ??" Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data: ??" Date link submitted ??" Date link accepted ??" Link URL (the URL of where our link is located) ??" Anchor Text We will provide you with the topic/niche of the type of sites we want the links to come from to our site. We will provide you with anchor texts, with the corresponding URL, and also the number of links we need for each "URL - anchor text" PAYMENT SCHEDULE The winning bid will be paid as the work is completed and verified. Verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, Category, and Anchor Text of the links will be done prior to releasing the funds (you must provide us with an Excel sheet as outlined above). We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced. (Any links that drop off over the the next twelve months will need to be replaced with equivalent PR links). *We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead 50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made ONLY after Google has cached the links. BIDDING we are looking for $0.3-$0.5 per link,- What is your bid ? Please submit your bid.
