48430 URL REDIRECTION SCRIPT INSTALL

I need the script found at [login to view URL] to be installed on my hosting. i have a template that goes with it, you will need to make sure the template and script come together perfect. also i want a small mod to the script, instead of the script sending users email with a validation link to activate their account, i just want one of thoes random number/letter boxes on the signup page that prevents automated signups. no need for any email activation links that way. if you have any questions see [login to view URL] , thats my current redirection site. if you signup there for an account you will clearly see what im talking about when i say the random letters/numbers box.
