We are planning to develop a platform to filter Web content based on a domain white list, levels and categories of the end-user permissions and are looking for someone with knowledge to guide us and help us with the development of the following. 1. Review our current router of our customers (only one) and provide the best way to do the filtering as there is multiple different approaches and the advantage and disadvantage of all. 2. The infrastructure, platform and application to use which will provide us the best security performance balancing redundancy, and the reasoning why one over the other, everything will need to be web-based and help us investigate how other similar providers implement their service. 3. How the best way to build the data of websites belonging to a certain category. 4. Help us write out the project ready for development which includes all above. We are looking for someone who is familiar with all newer technologies which includes databases, platforms, infrastructure, redundancy, balancing, security, application languages, routers, networking, infrastructure platform as a service and more.
