Freelance Webmaster

We are looking to acquire a Freelance Webmaster and technical Support Person . This person will be primarily in charge of the two websites. [login to view URL] and Elegancebydesigns.com. A third site needs to be completed. Work run at approx 10-20 hours per month. We are interested only in dedicated individuals who will be with us long-term and have good English and communication skills. Have a look at the sites, how would you make both site more visitor friendly ? Please provide reference or site you are currently working on. Note: Review will only be written after three months of Consecutive service. In the past, we have had Excellent service to get a good review, after the review, service plummeted. Thanks
