Google Adsene Bot *Undectable*

I'm looking for a programmer for this project. Here's the specs: I'm not concerned what language the following program is written in (best wopuld be c++ or c#), as long as it works well... I need a program that will automatically click adsense ads on websites specified by URLS. Here's the tricky part: This program MUST have a way to constantly change it's proxy(maybe tor network and it should be possible to say from which country the "click" comes from, e.g. Germany) and footprint so it will not be detected by google. To many anonymous proxies might be a giveway, that's why I need someone knowledeable with adsense. There must also be a way to specify the CTR (click through rate) for each URL that this program will be visiting and clicking. All clicks must be at random intervals. When this program clicks on an ad, it must also surf the opened site for a random number of seconds/minutes to look like a real user. Must be able to click a minimum of 70 - 100 clicks per day. Forthermoore it should be able to store which ip/identies it uses and block them for the next 3 day. There should also be a way that it surfes other sites before a it comes to the url where it should click. This program must be UNDETECTABLE by Google, so you need to understand adsense thoroughly to make this program for me. It is important that my Adsense account does not get shut down for click fraud. I will pay immediately after testing the bot. Please do not say, "i can do this" and that's it. Please tell me why i should give you the job and if you have experience with this type of work.
