Five Authoratative and Relevant links

This project requires five authoritative and relevant links with these requirements: • Site age: 2 years old or more • Ecommerce, education site or quality blog • Not all footer links preferred • SEOMoz Domain Authority 40 or better during entire term of link • Page where link is placed PR1 or better during entire term of link • Links come from different unique C class IP • Sites are not all cross linked • Site has one of the following terms in the page title, H1, H2 or strong text: Leather, upholstery, auto, automotive, vintage auto, vintage car, custom car, car seats, cow, cowhide, fabric, sewing, crafts, garments, furniture, home improvement, interior, interior design, furniture, sofa, chair, recliner, leather hide, handbag, purse or DIY. • Maximum of 30 OUTGOING BACKLINKS ON THE PAGE during the duration of the link term! • Sites must be pre approved with a 12 month term on link Requirements are as follows: * Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site. * ALL backlinks must be do follow... We will check all links!. * Only backlinks from English sites * No spam links. * No link farms accepted. * One link per domain will be counted * Link page must be search engine friendly that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING * No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups. * No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites. * All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. * Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in PM message. * Links must be in text, no graphics (unless we agree to use a banner). * I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. * Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked before payment. * Will provide you with the anchor text you need to use and any other relevant information. Payment will be made in 3 installments: 1) links are placed and indexed (30 days), 2) project requirements for on-page content and linking met (90 days) 3) project requirements for on-page content and linking met (180 days) Please note: White-hat is crucial and required.
