250 Gambling Links Required

I need 250 one-way links with good pr about gambling. I expect a spread of some pr5's, 4, 3 and minimum of 2 for the sites. 1. One way non-reciprocal links from related sites only, no link exchanges. 2. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, not just a PR2+ site. 3. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page 4. All links must be permanent. 5. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases or spam sites. 6. No sites banned by Google. No Blacklisted or spam sites 7. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 8. Link pages must be related to 'gambling' only. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. Preferably not more than 30 outbound links per page where my site link will appear. However, this is not compulsory. 11. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 12. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 13. Links must be from english websites only. Payment : Payment will be initially made by Escrow. This will be released to provider in stags as links as verified made once and after that the links are memorized in cache. No payment in advance. This is an urgent project. Further work will be forthcoming if project is completed well. I acquired my web designer and my logo designer from this site (See my feedback) and we deal direct now, a chance to become my link builder. **PLEASE LIST WITHIN BID THE BREAKDOWN OF THE PR'S OF SITES YOU INTEND TO USE" i.e 20 pr 5's. 50 pr 4's etc etc
