Link Building SEO for travel site

Hi We are looking for some professionals to build 25 back links from 2PR+ pages to our travel related website This is a new website (online for about 3 months) , we have done some SEO on the page. This is only a testing project as it's our first project on GAF and our budget is 50 USD for this We have 2 more websites under constructions and will be online soon, those who get this job done well, will have chance to continue to work for our websites. We would like a full description of your plan before being accepted. The Rules are as usual; 1. One way links only (no reciprocal links) 2. Links must be permanent, static html links 3. Manual submitted text links only, with supplied key phrase/text. 4. DEFINITELY NO link exchange programs or web rings. 5. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and link must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 6. Active sites only, no construction sites. 7. One link per domain / Class C IP 8. No payment sites. 9. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. 10. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. 11. All Link pages should be from English language sites only 12. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most. 13. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted...) 15. Relevancy required 16. Page where the link is going to take place must have PR2+ (not the domain) 17. Page must be indexed monthly or more by Google 18. Absolutely NO LINKS from bad neighborhoods like Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, blacklisted sites, etc. 19. We require a full report of the work done in excel format (URL of the page, PR of the page, Number of outbound links of the page) 20. 25 Links must spread over 30 days (do not add a high amount of links to the pages in such a very short time ) As we mentioned above, this is only a trial project. Once it gets working we would like to work for long-term.
