Link Building Services Required

I'm looking for 50 PR3+ permanent, quality, one-way themed backlinks. This is for a warehouse clothing, apparel related website. It is an e-commerce site that sells clothes. I will provide you with Anchor text and target urls. The candidate applying for this job must meet all of the following conditions: You have to be reachable via online chat or instant messenger / skype You have to provide spreadsheet as you create links for reporting You have to be able to start immediately You have to be able to complete the job within 10 days. Manually insert the links The page where you place the link must meet all of the following conditions: PR3+ ( For the page with the link, not just the home page, or iframe ) Clothing or apparel related website. USA or Canada sites are best. International sites are ok, but should not exceed 30% of total links. Have less than 25 other links on that page Page is indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo, Bing within last 45 days. Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. One link per domain No subdomains, links must be on www Permanent, static, HTML links Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. NO ARTICLE or Directory Sites, No Spammy Comments. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. Links that are not approved by us will have to be replaced by service provider. Links that are removed or dropped by search engines or website owners within 60 days will have to be replaced or refunded by the person hired. We have many other similar projects available. Communication, experience, price, and quality are very important in order for us to establish strong business relationships. Reporting: We require an Excel spreadsheet to be provided with the following information: 1 URLs of pages where i can find my links published. 2 PR of that page 3 Anchor text used I will verify All links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct. I will verify the domain PR of each website. I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google.
