Need 10 PR4 or higher one way links for sports site

Need links from 10 PR4 or higher (at least 2 must be higher)sites. They have to be sports related, water sports even better, preferably scuba diving. Links have to be permanent, PR must be valid for the site that will link out to our page. Must be from different C classes IPs. Anchor text will be something like "d.i.v.i.n.g. in S.l.o.v.e.n.i.a" (dots put in because of search engines). We will provide you with anchor texts. No forums, links spamming or link exchange sites. When chosen for this work you will need to provide the list of sites with IP addresses first for our approval. If you do this job right we have many, many more link building tasks for you.
