Regular SEO Project

Dear All, I have 4 site which i need regular SEO, three things i need are : 1. Atleast 2-3 keywords on top every month, [login to view URL] site i will pay $30-35/month, and this needs to be a regular and on going work. 3. I need atleast 1-2 report every month on the keywords status to present to the client. which can be either in excel or as email. and this will help to keep track of the status every month Please don't bid if you cannot match the three points which i made very clear, Price is concern for me and i CANNOT give more.
