Simple VBScript or Powershell project to Read .csv file with Header, update "EmployeeID" fields in .csv based on a sql query to determine: If the Employee ID exists in SQL Database, then replace .csv with EmployeeID from SQL. If the Employee ID does not exists in SQL Database, replace .csv with Max(EmployeeID)+1 from SQL Update entire .csv file on these rules.
