Ongoing Social Media Management

We have a boutique marketing agency and are looking to expand our team with a virtual assistant that can help manage social media accounts. Australia based but happy to work with other time zones. READ UNTIL THE BOTTOM TO SEE HOW TO APPLY. We expect this role to be 3-4 hours per week. This role will expand into managing social media ads and potentially more if we find the right person. ROLE: - We would like to start with a trial of 1 week of scheduling with an opportunity for ongoing work. - Must go through the photo/video content (Google Drive) or find relevant posts to repost - Create posts in a similar tone and format as we have been doing for the past 3 months. - Posts to be drafted in Hello Woofy Scheduling App, drafts will be approved by our team - Once approved, the task will be to schedule the posts on the relevant calendars at optimal times. WORKLOAD: Our current clients and the number of social media outlets we'd like to trial. - 4 x businesses - 20 x Facebook Posts per week (can be similar but not exact same content as Instagram) - 20 x Instagram Posts per week - 10 x Google My Business Posts per week (can be same as Facebook posts, but need GMB Title) TO APPLY: - See attached image - Draft written copy for either Facebook or Instagram for our client, Miss Minnie's Clothing Boutique. Her target market is middle-aged women around 50 years old in a coastal town in Australia. It's coming into winter so now it's boot season and she'd like to sell her high-end boots available both in-store and online. She's fun, very social, and loves getting a wine with the girls! We are a marketing agency run by two young women who are passionate about all things business & marketing. We love to get creative, be funky, and try new things in our marketing strategies. We are just getting too busy to manage all of the social media on our own.
