Role Leadgenerator Book new leads from social media specifically Facebook and Instagram that will be converted into paying costumers. The first step is to find people interested in the coaching of training and book a call together with one of the sales closers of Team BFAS. This call is a lead for them to work with. Booking leads will be made through Sebastian's social media accounts, facebook, instagram etc. Responsibility You'll be having access to all of Sebastian social media while searching and creating new leads from Facebook groups, likes, followers, story "pulls", posts, etc. Being driven and finding creative solutions when working Responding to different post(s) and connecting with leads on Sebastian social media Make leads booking calls through given links with motivation, straight communication and tactics Use a time management system to count your working hours. This will show how many calls/hour you are actually generating. Requirement (expected profeciencise) Great grammar and spelling skills in English Must be available for 5+ hours of work per day with strong internet access + fast computer and phone Must be available for 1-2 mandatory meetings per week between the hours 7/8am-1pm CET You'll need to have an understanding of how to turn cold traffic into hot leads Must be organized and have great time management Needs to be creative and solution driven Got to have an understanding of the importance of synergy and be devoted to the growth of our company Must have a devotion to helping others to become better and take action Results The numeric target of minimum 0.5-1.5 calls booked per hour within the first 3-5 weeks after hiring New leads coming in daily
