Facebook fans from Colombia!!!

Description WONT ACCEPT BIDS GREATER THAN $50US I'm looking for someone that can get facebook fans to my fan page. You must meet ALL of the following requirements: 1) all fans must be real people (no fake accounts)or accounts at risk of being suspended soon -NO SPAM NO BOTS 2) all fans must be from Colombia (South America) 3) all fans must have 20+ friends and 4 photos 4) all fans must be aged 18 and over 5) all fans must have status updated that go back minimum of 15 days 6) 75% or more must be female fans IMPORTANT: 1) You will be paid 30 days after project delivery 2) You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 30 days. 3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. 4) You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. 5) only accept prudent practices, and do not want any risk of being banned from Facebook Please include in your bid the word "Empecemos" and tell me how many fans will you get, the time line and how much would you charge.
