Windows Security Service

I am looking for a windows service to identify DDOS, probes and brute force attacks. must have a basic UI to select ports (primary ports for DNS, FTP, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, HTTPS, etc) and a formatted (easy to read) log viewer with an option to email events with selectable severity filter and an IP address whitelist. When the attack has been identified the event, IP address (single or range), Geo location of address and severity of attack needs to logged either to file or to DB then add firewall exception to windows firewall (in the UI an option to set expiration times different event severities. Service must be installable on windows server 2012 x64 with an executable, the exe must be trusted. the software must not use excessive system resources.
