Mobile application - Offers from Local store owners -- 2

Offers-platform will be a web and mobile based local offer platform for local store owners and end-consumers . The Project will involve three main parts which we will describe in details under the scope of the Project. A-BACKEND: The Backend consist also of two [login to view URL] for the local store owners and one for the Offers-platform owners. Both of the users will be able to manage/monitor their modules on the Backend. It is also the administration part of the platform. B- WEB-FRONTEND: The end-consumers will use the web frontend, which will use responsive design, to see all offers around their location which is categorised on their needs and wants. Placing the offers on a map will be supported and clicking on the offers will reveal more information. (like [login to view URL]) C-MOBILE APPLICATIONS: The mobile applications are the mobilization of the web-frontend which will designed special for mobile platforms according to mobile needs and [login to view URL] the offers on a map will be supported and clicking on the offers will reveal more information. (like [login to view URL]) Android mobile phones are the target mobile platforms for this phase of the project. Other platforms can be discussed in the future . Our client (platform owner) wants to gather offers from local store owners and send push notifications to the end-consumers who have his app installed and live or move in the region of a local store. The local store owners will be acquired with door to door sales, by advertising the service and the website in radio stations and also with online advertisement campaigns (e.g. Google Ad words, Facebook ads, etc.). Advertisement will target end users (mobile app users) but also local store owners in order to advertise their offers economically. The mobile phone end users should be able to select which type of offers they would like to receive (clothes, food, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, etc.) and also from which regions they would like to be informed on offers. For example if someone lives in New York he will select the region "New York" in order to be notified with push messages. He will have the ability to select more than one region. If an end-user is traveling to Los Angeles the app should grab his coordinates/location and send him also push messages/notifications for this region automatically if he has given permission in the configuration of the app to do so, even if the app is not running. (Foursquare has this function also). This means if the user passes a certain location within a certain radius (e.g. 0.5 km), and in this neighborhood there is a local store with an active offer, the app should send him automatically a push message/notification. Of course the user will have given permission to the app to do so in the configuration/options menu of his mobile phone app. We would like to inform the users with offers by batch or on a certain time. For example the administrator should have the ability to click on the button “Send notifications about new offers to all users in some selected region(s)” at a certain time later. Also he should have the ability to send the push messages at the same moment when pressing send. The app should have a backend where our client (platform owner) will be able to insert data about the local shop owners (Store Catalogue - Name, Brand name, Street, City, Category/categories/type of shop, Images, Offers, Telephone, email, coordinates/map, etc.) and their current/active offers. A catalogue with the Local Stores and a catalogue with all the Offers should be displayed in the frontend of the mobile application but also in the frontend of the website. A map will be used on both the mobile phone app and the responsive website. The Stores and the Offers should have a link when pressing on it someone should see the respective offers and stores vice versa. With filters someone could only display stores or offers for his region or some other region.... please read the whole attached PDF document!
