We looking to develop a GUI framework to manage our customers & wholesale customers billing, using either postpay and prepaid voice and sms billing. We have an billing engine which will manage the buy and sell rates with manage for each level of customer type and customers transactions, which will be stored in a database managed by our class 5 billing softswitch. The idea is to build a framework GUI web interface to manage our vendors cost rates, our wholesale resellers and also end users rates. The billing ledger will require finical reporting, account usage, dynamic drill down data from the min, hour or day & months which billing transactions are captured. In addition the billing ledger will be required to manage and payment allocations and invoicing, credits, refunds and customer Rerates if billing corrections need to be done. This is a basic brief for this project, more information will be provided.

From what I have read , there are only a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports?
