Bootloader for PIC32 project in MPLAB X ( over web interface)

Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good experience in product design and development. I am excellent in embedded design & programming using pic, dspic controllers and MATLAB codding for Power projects, Boot loaders, Bluetooth & GPS designs, CAN communication, EEprom. UART , RF circuits ,Protocols for networking, wi-Fi routers,OBD diagnosis with CAN bus protocols, Electrical vehicles and AC drives, stepper motor controls. I designed sine wave inverters for standalone and grid tie Inverters. I designed projects like Off line UPS up to 3 KVA, 5kW motor controller for electrical vehicles ,synchronous rectifiers, Solar MPPT chargers, Solar trackers, Battery chargers ,Grid tie inverters design with PLL and feedback control circuit emergency light of 66W and Online UPS control cards, Battery Charging power supplies, LED drivers for PWM controlling and dimming, SMPS, Power supplies. Dear Employer, I have worked on several projects including PIC32 controllers. The bootloader will be ethernet based so the kit should have ethernet interface. Hi there! We develop a device using MPLAB enviroment and using PIC32MZ2048EFH64 We are happy with development but failed to generate our mechanism for firmware update over web interface. It was working and the more we develop it became unstable and at the end failed to operate. We need better mechanism for that. Freelancer should develop bottloader for our project and we could be able to upgarede our firmware over web interface of our device. Fİrmware must be encrypted and we could be able to change keys to differentiate firmware files ( based on different hardware for example) Also if possible we need a parameter to check for hardware control if uploaded firmware is suitable for the device.
