I have relevant skill set and project experience.

I will create application that contain 2 modules. First module is Item Maintenance modules where user can maintain the item number, item name and item price in a grid format. Second module is Print Label Transaction module where user can select the item number from the maintenance table in a drop down list and click print button. System will show all the installed printer for user to select which printer to perform the print function. Then, system will send the print job to the default Window print queue. The barcode will be using Code 128. Unless other barcode is requested by user. After program completed, installer file and database (backup(.bak)/ script) will be given to user. User can install the program themselves. SQL Server license is not included, user can install SQL Server Express provided by Microsft for free.

Let me try to do this, personally i never worked with zebra printers, but i can investigate and find a solution.
