Real time notification when an advert is posted on gumtree.com.au

Summary Ability to interrogate, based on a set of criteria offering multiple searches, the [login to view URL] website and return instant updates when an advert matching the criteria is posted which are then sent vie email / SMS / another instant messaging tool to the end users mobile (iOS or android) device. Situation I am trying to buy product(s) from [login to view URL] that appear rarely and sell as soon as they are posted (normally within 15 minutes). I don't have the time / ability to sit in front of a browser pressing refresh so need to be notified instantly in real time when an advert matching my criteria is posted. I will need the notification pushed to me on my iPhone. Gumtree no longer offers an RSS feed so I have tried linking google alerts to an RSS feeder however it is sporadic and slow Target Instant notification on my mobile device when an advert that meets my search criteria is posted on [login to view URL] Proposal I am looking for a simple solution where i can easily change the criteria of the search. I have been looking at GitHub and this seems to have been coded before (search: Gumtree). Happy to consider any options as long as they work. Thanks
