Simple OS dispatcher in C

This is a simple dispatcher for an OS in C. you basically input some process and it will run that process with timers, etc. input is in the following format <process_id> <service_time> <ex_time_1> ... <ex_time_k> when all the lines of input are processed, the output will be displayed. output is in the following format: <process id> <total time Running> <total time Ready> <total time Blocked> here is an example: if this is inputted: 1000 12 5000 1000 2000 3000 9000 11 5000 1000 2000 3000 the following output is expected: 0 6400 12 5000 0 2400 11 5000 0 2400 The scheduling algorithm I want used here is round robin with quantum. This has to be done entirely in C with no extra addons or whatever, using the simplest code possible. everything should be in ONE C file, the code needs to be COMMENTED. Should be a simple project as its just a simulation, Just follow the instructions in the attached file.
