Simple two-sided publisher/subscriber engine

I'm looking to create a very simple Ruby on Rails Web site with no design. This can be only code. Here's the brief. Publisher Story: I'm a publisher, I can sign up and define my monthly subscription price. I can post YouTube URL's which show daily video's to my subscribers. I can see how many subscribers I have and how much money I made this month. Subscriber Story: I'm a subscriber. I can enter my credit card details when I get a Publisher that I like ([login to view URL]) and subscribe to that publishers content. I am charged monthly (via [login to view URL]). I can also subscribe to other Publishers too. I have an account on this Web site. Global needs: - Use [login to view URL] for subscriber transactions, credit card details - Ruby on Rails only - Both Publisher and Subscriber must create accounts with simple details (name, email, password) Publisher needs: - Upload a photo - Have a general "[login to view URL]" slug - Define my PayPal email address for payouts - See subscriber count - See revenue amount - Be able to publish daily YouTube URL's (which turn into embedded content) which my subscribers see Subscriber needs: - Be able to create an account as a subscriber - See a feed of my daily publisher content - Be able to unsubscribe from a publisher Only code is needed. If possible, simple Ruby on Rails functionality please.
