Simple windows program to send data to a comm port

Hello, it;s quite easy to implement. but there is needed to setup COM port. It's possible to add settings into GUI too. I would prefer to use C++ for it. Also, I have over 15 years of experience with Windows Desktop Application Development

Hello I am professional Windows desktop developer, i specialize in serial port interfacing, you may find few RS232 applications in my portfolio. I propose .Net C# application. I have virtual machines with XP and Win7 for testing, so i can guarantee it will work on each of them. Hello, My Name is Rijal. If you Just Need a simple application like that. I will delivered it between 1 day. Just a simple GUI, right? I will make simple GUI that checking Comm port availability(which comm port are available), you can choose which one if you have multiple of it. then type your text. and click send, and your text would be delivered.
