system hardware console apps in .net required

We are looking for a .net developer to create to small console apps. The fist will return all hardware that has been installed on a PC, whether they are still connected or not. This will include for example a graphics or sound card was installed once but now isn’t and may have been replaced by another but it’s files/drivers/registry entries remain in the system. This list returned should include a flag indicating if they are present or not. The second console app when passed an identifier (supplied by the first app) lists everything in the system associated with the device. Including • Drivers • Files • Directories • Registry keys The preferred target language is VB.NET but as these will be stand alone apps they can be written in anything that runs on a windows machine. We have posted this project recently and had many replies from people who simply reply to all posts. Only respond if: 1. You are confident you understand the request and are able to complete the work outlines 2. You have an example of your skills 3. You supply a quote that will not be increased later. We have a budget of around $1k for this work. Do not say you can do it for $350 then later expect to submit a different quote. 4. Timewasters will be reported to Freelancer.
