Video Auto from photo

I need an application to give a list of url images (example [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc), an audio file (also local to the application Then c: \ [login to view URL]) and the application must return an avi file with a movie that will then post on youtube on my channel by returning a url of the type [login to view URL] I request the source code of the application to be implemented in .net.
