Hi, I can do this application in Java using Selenium Webdriver. This is a tool which allow automate the browser, I can made the app to work witk 50-100 browser instances (each instance with a proxy). These instances could periodically do some actions(open some pages, reload page) , too look like real users. If you have another requirement , let me know.
