WPF movie poster menu with animation

I have a WPF project that I am in need of. A strong WPF animation guru is encouraged to apply as this project relies on the animation to be JUST LIKE it is in the example .gif animation attached. A menu that allows me to display movie posters and using a keyboard run through them. Once I find a movie i like i can click on it and the poster animates toward the user and the movie information comes up. If I decide to go back then the poster animates in reverse and moves back to its spot. However, if i decide to play that movie then I need it to load that movie in full screen and start playing it within the WPF program using VLC player's API for .net ([login to view URL]). Please see attached [login to view URL] animation for the animation i will need the poster to do. I will be using an API in order to get the movie information and other information needed for the popup (rating, tomato score, movie information, etc). You will NOT need to do the poster parallax effect when the mouse is hovering. The WPF menu should look like this and again ill handle the background image. Just put a placeholder image there. There should be no text on the background image just an image that fades in and out for each poster.
