Hello, I have been working with raspberry pi from last 4 years. I have made similar things for my other projects. So Think you need a system with an android program and an script for raspberry pi to control raspberry pi from android. In this case if both the systems are not available in same network (if you wnat to connect over internet) you will need another web server in between. So please discuss the details of the project in chat... I can do in both cases . iF you want to access over internet you have to pay me 100$extra for server side codinng
