Post Classified Ads Software

I am looking for someone that can build me a software that can post ads on classified sites. I have a list of url to post ads to, the webpages look like this: [login to view URL] This software must be able to complete all fields from this posting free ad page I just gave on top. Important note, this new bot needs to refresh the page it gets to, before doing anything at all because the captcha, for some reason, is only good to uncover after a first refresh. Capabilities of this new bot should include: Catcha code uncover with service, GSA Captcha Breaker and via Deathbycaptcha (as second service) and bypass captcha (via 3rd service) when 1st service fails, second service should try and so on. I should have the ability to list how many tries to uncover captcha and what service to start with, 2nd etc Dedicated proxies enabled, I regularly purchase proxies, so would like for this software to use them in order to post my ads, so I am under cover with my proxies and will not get banned. Profile and ads saved to bot for future use of sending my ads. Report of where my ads where send. All import and export capabilities and via .txt from my computer. This is especially important to import into this new bot, my url links to post my ads to. I would also like to be able to import pictures from file on my desktop into the profile of these ads I will send. Like I said before, the link on top here I provided to post my ads to, the webpages all look like this, so if I can import url's from site that have webpages like this to post my ads, that is what I am looking for.
