Tierion Node Management Software(Blockchain, ETH)

I am running Tierion nodes([login to view URL]) And i need a comprehensive management software that will allow me to manage all the nodes (running ubuntu x64..digital ocean droplets) Work has to be started right away and should be able to comit time and effort to this, so that its done within a reasonable time frame. The list of functions is quite comprehensive , please look at the attached word file for more info. Here are a few of the functions needed, more details inside the file. This will be an application that will be run on windows 10 1: Auto upgrades of nodes 2: Auto provisioning of nodes 3: Push out commands/bath files to all nodes or spesific nodes 3: Auto withdraw TNT tokens from each node to a spesific ETH adresse. 4: Auto refill credits by sending TNT tokens to Tierion smart contract(eth) 5: Function to restart nodes 6: Function to access each node true application using ssh, using putty is a option. 7: Summery of each node, its credits, TOKENS and surppluss TNT tokens, and show tottal sums for all nodes in credits and TNT tokens, and the TNT tokens value in USD and BTC(bitcoin) 8: License system for the application I need someone who is well experience with Ubuntu and know what crypto is and have an good idea what i am talking about here. I need someone who can create a stable and working application, buggy code and unstable functions is a no no. I am easy to work with, and very helpfull to the extend of my abilities, and there is more work for this person if he demostrates his ability in this project. As i have much larger crypto project coming soon. Future upgrades of application will be given to the same winner her. 10% of all profits this application makes will be given to the freelancer, in bitcoins.
