We need to track aircrafts in vicinity of user RTL SDR station using ADS-B technology and open data packets transmitted by commercial aircrafts. The contractor should recommend set of equipment (antenna, amplifier, receiver, ...) and write code on QT to receive open raw data packets from aircrafts. We don't need graphical output on a GIS map, just simple decoding of raw data packets. This simple software should share decoded data packets through localhost port and UDP datagrams
