We need a custom OCR Software that can give 100% accuracy of scanned document The specifications are: Input would be selection of image files. These image files are at 200dpi or above in b/w, gray scale or color mode in TIFF Uncompressed format The ocr should create a zone for text and images + allow manual zoning There should be a training module which can be used to train characters not recoginzed for this the software must identify each character + allow user to identify each character and train. The formatting of the document after conversion must not change. Meaning if there are 10 words in one line even after conversion to text only 10 words are shown. Full original formatting must be kept intact including bold words, italics, etc The converted document can then be stored in as a word file a pdf file a pdf file with hidden text. If you have ready demo, its the best or should first show some kind of demo before selection. Please in your bid mention, the technology you would be using. The program MUST RUN on Windows platform. If you have a linux based version that is also fine. Please post exact bid. No hourly bids please. Also mention time duration if you plan to develop the software. Let me know via PMB if the bid is more than or less than the current price range
