build Medical cart

You need to design, in detail, a medical equipment cart for a clinic / hospital. The cart carries on its top shelf a replaceable 7.5 Kg box which is 35cm wide, 25cm tall with a depth of 12cm. The height of the top shelf must be adjustable to between 70-100 cm above the floor. The box has 4 cylindrical mounting legs (5cm long, 2.5cm diameter) at its bottom corners. Removing and replacing the box must be quick and safe. In addition, there must be a place on the top shelf for a functioning tablet, and a defined space in the cart for a note pad and pencils. The cart must be easy to maneuver, stable and safe. It has to be pushed easily on floors with slopes of up to 5% and through doorways as narrow as 21”. The cart must have a cable to connect it to a wall power outlet in the clinic, and 3 power outlets at the top shelf (for equipment). For the design analysis, assume bumping accelerations of up to 2-g and a safety factor of 3. Assembly drawings with an associated bill of materials and detail drawings of custom designed parts. The bill of materials must identify the source for every part. a report including the main features, safety considerations and analyses, and cost analysis.
