R Data FIlter & Plot

This is and extension of the previous project; R Data formatting -- 2. The integrity of the test data is established, and there is cause to examine results in more detail. This project will require code to be written for R to filter, compare data, compare multiple trends, and graph the results with best effect to demonstrate the test data trends (if there are any). There will be three milestones; 1) Demonstrating data file pairs can be compared for all files within a folder 2) Filtering and selecting value ranges can be isolated to plot separately 3) File pairs, and folder data can be compared later to plot if needed These tasks are very straightforward for R, however to confirm the accuracy of my work I need custom scrip which can be reused and modified to analyse the data more effectively Please review the attached documentation for more details which will hopefully communicate what the end result should illustrate
