Centos, Plesk + Windows Hosted desktop Virtualisation Citrix

Hello I currently run a server using Cento os 6 and Plesk. I want to combine onto this server Spec ([login to view URL]) A windows hosted/ remote desktop using virtualisation. I dont mind if its XP or windows 7 as long as it works and can detect my local printers like a Citrix Solution. The webserver has little traffic and i will be using the hosted desktop for only some essential tasks. The server must have a backup solution to back up to remote FTP (Currently using Plesk, but this may not cover the whole virtualisation elements ) Antivirus for Windows. The server must be. Stable. I am sure our chosen server can take the load we have little load, but we are willing to go for a higher server if needed. thanks
