It would be helpful for proper estimations of time/costs if you provide more technical details at once: what Linux distro/version and what hardware. Both are important for remote administration. Also please clarify "secure all access". What does it mean? Setup https/certificates or harden administrative services? Don't save your words and paper, watch your time, especially when you demand prompt reply.
