Server Administrator

hi all I am looking for a long term relationship with a server administrator / good communicator. You must be online quite often and be reachable by phone - with that said you should be eager to ensure the server is up and running 99.9% of the time. You must be excellent at Linux - both setting up and maintaining all tasks (joining servers together because of high load should have been done by you a few times already). Apache web server should be your forte with the ability to run high traffic sites. MySQL is a piece of cake for you and you are excellent at making sure you have a scalable model in place. PHP will be the webpage language of choice it will be your job to ensure everything is running smoothly. You should be security aware and be uptodate with all patches that are needed in all server sofware components. The goal is this person will have very good English speaking abilities and be on a trail for 2 months to ensure quality. You should be a self starter and be able to do all this alone.
