SOCKS5 server or VPN on Ubuntu 11.1 to anonymize torrent downloads.

I need setup of a server that you can connect to and use as an anonymizer proxy. The server has to handle incoming connections as well - for bittorrents. I have no prefrence on what software is used, be it OpenVpn, squid etc... But it has to completely mask the real ip address of the computer that is connecting to it and using it. Also the server has to dump quantity downloaded and uploaded with username. The server should have an easy way to create new users, be it native linux users or another authentication scheme. Please ask follow up questions if you want more details on how this is supposed to work. I will supply you with an ip address of an virtual ubuntu machine you can access to setup the system. ## Deliverables You should be familiar with linux and be able to speak(write) fluent english. I mostly work on GMT times, so that would be better, but it is not an obsticle as this work should not require a lot of actual server time.
