Telemarketing - Database building

We are trying to build a database of all the I.T managers of the different schools across Melbourne, Australia. We have a list of approximately 1600 schools and need someone to work through it and gather info. No selling is involved just information gathering. You will need to call each respective school and attempt to obtain the following information from reception: 1. Name of I.T. Manger or Head of I.T. (Person responsible for I.T. equipment purchases) 2. Direct Email (not generic school email) 3. Direct contact number (if possible) Some smaller schools don't have an I.T. manager so in that case you will need to get either the business manger, Prinicple or vice Principle's details. Usually it's as simple as: "Could I please have the name the person responsible of taking care of the I.T. at your school" "Could I grab his/her email I would like to send through some information" "Does he/she have a direct contact number" Some receptionist are a bit tougher so you may need to get creative but for most schools it is very straight forward. We will be making progressive payments as you work through the list.
