3D Visualisation of an Expo Booth V2

Don´t bid to this, as it´s allready promised to a freelancer... We need a visualisation as kind of 3D floor plan. We tryed on our own before to make it with [login to view URL] for example. That basically worked, but because of low time, we stopped this and decided to make a project for a freelancer out of this. What we finally want, is not only a simple 3D visualisation. We also want to have that kind of plan, we can work with. Means where we can make own changes, where we can add logos to a cabin and so on. This should be the base for our further plannings. So if there are other software programs which can be used, which are easy to learn and which are not high cost programs, we are open for your ideas. I attached some samples of the years before ("4. Planung in 2D und [login to view URL]") and an the actual 2D Plan ("2. Entwurf messestand19 [login to view URL]"). Especially the visualisation in the Document "4. Planung in 2D und [login to view URL]" which are shown from Page 6 are the destination we want to reach. The Idea is to make a plan similar to the given so we can show our clients everything visualiszed before we´ll give the plan to an expo builder and they can transfer into their CAD Program.
