Hi, I am an Architect from India and have worked in reputed firms across India and Japan on diverse projects. I am a young graduate with experience in designing houses in Alibagh, Mumbai, Assam, in India and Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka in Japan. My quotation is slightly on the higher side as there are a lot of changes and alterations when it comes to interior designing and layouts and I have included that fee here. I usually work alongside the client by having brain storming sessions and regular discussions about their interests and needs. I can also provide a set of reference pictures for ideas so that the design can be completely tailored to your interests and needs. There are 3 stages in which I work (1) Concept for ideas, sketches and models (2) Design development and (3) Design finalization. If you want, I can also provide construction drawings and visit the site. Construction drawings will cost a little extra as per the detail of the drawing. It can be further negotiated. Site visits are usually Rs.2000/day excluding T&A costs. This can also be negotiated. I have a fresh perspective and I am not afraid to take risks.
