We want to do the interior and exterior modelling for a house to be used in an RPG game. Textures will be 4K resolution, polygons will be medium (max 30k outdoor and 150k indoor including furniture). Design will be similar to this (but with modifications to furniture and general layout): [login to view URL] No bathrooms or laundry rooms in the house. Main floor: Living room, 2-car Garage, Kitchen, study, gym/exercise room. Stairs go up. Upstairs: master bedroom with walk-In closet, instead of 3 bedrooms there will be: lab, armory, control room, engineering room. You can use pre-made furniture, as long as it is modern style.
