Torque table weights for bolts

I am working at a workshop that manufactures CANOPY. We have a customer who wants to work CANOPY and wants to know the torque table for screws for five different umbrellas in length only. the details 1. Glass used 14 mm 2-tubular iron unloaded 10 * 10 thickness 5 mm 3-height 7 meters 4- The structure on the concrete and not the stone 5. We will use the clamp in the large CANOPY ONLY and it will fit with a distance of 1.6 meters ( total 2.4) 6-tub iron starting plate 20 in 40 mm thick thickness mm I need a table that shows what is the bolts that i have to use ( i will use bolts of 16 mm length 20 cm - 4pc in each tube )
