Once you provide me with the video , i will use my software on editing to lower the size of the video without losing it's quality . it will still be on mp4 form. We will just slow down the frames without losing the quality

Maybe I have figure out the issue & solved the problem for my country for about a day. First thing that is missing in the website is cache. The website itself took a lot of time for me to load. video comes next. So I cached it now it's much faster for me & + for the people who are in my network too. as you said about the video buffering. most of the people will talk about video size. But that is maybe an alternate issue or even not if the videos were formatted in web optimized format. Kindly send me message so we can discuss more about this
