15394 Bookmarking Utility

I am seeking the development of a script that will login a user in to a social bookmarking site (furl, [login to view URL] etc.. There are over 120 of these types of sites now) and post bookmarks in that users account based upon the title, keywords and description the script finds on the page/site being bookmarked. In other words: automate account creation, account confirmation, and data posting process of social bookmarks. I would like the script to be able to continue posting from a list of URLs in a text file. Login info for various accounts would need to be stored in the software as well. I am not sure if VB is the right choice for job type, but am open to whatever works best. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
