Visual Basic 6 - [Service SRVANY] Run Process as Current User

Hi Guys, I have a server application in VB6 which uses Winsock and a client application that uses Winsock. I can successfully send a command from the server to the client which launches a program. I have now created the client as a SRVANY service, the problem i have is when i send the command from the Server application the client receives it but launches the application as a background application "system" rather than launching it as the current logged on user. So for example the server sends text saying "notepad", the client receives the text and runs Shell "Notepad" or "command here" but this loads as a background process rather than foreground. I'd like some to implement a fix that allows me to send commands no matter who is logged on.
