BitTorrent Torrent Submitter

I need a person to submit torrent files to 15 different torrent sites. This person will also be creating the torrents using a simple to use web form, downloading them then uploading them to my tacker using a simple web form, downloading them using the link provided after that form is submitted, then uploading them to my seed box for seeding. Full instructions will be provided. For every torrent that is active on 15 popular torrent sites, I will pay $0.07. I want the person to submit 5 torrents per day until I tell them to stop. This will be a monthly task. You must have - A Dynamic IP address or another reliable method to change your IP regularly. If you don't have one then don't apply because the torrent sites will ban you easily. Ability to use Gmail to sign up new email addresses frequently. For every 5 torrents you submit you will need a new IP and email address as well as a new account on each torrent website. Good internet skills, able to use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Good eyesight for entering CAPTCHAS. Good internet research skills, able to search the web etc. Good computer skills preferably some type of I.T qualification. It would be nice to have - An established workplace to work in, i.e. your part of a company providing this service so you have other people to rely on. Experience in doing torrent submission. IMPORTANT - Bids without PMB will be ignored. Please PMB me immediately after submitting a bid. The pay will be the same as ive stated above regardless of the bid. In your PMB, please tell me which torrent sites you will submit my torrents to. Also tell me which method you will be using to change your ip address regularly.
