Craigslist Ad posting

We are a Real estate company looking for an EXPERT to HAND-POST ads to Craigslist in the Real Estate For Sale section (You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist). This will be an ongoing partnership. We are ready for someone to start immediately. We'll have you start with 40 postings per day in 20 large US cities. Postings could increase if we're happy with the work. We will NOT supply email addresses or remote ip's to use for this project. You should have all these systems in place. We will supply you with 2 different ads and several different descriptions. Ads will rotate per postig per city. All ads need to include a clickable link to our website. We will not pay for any "ghosted" adds (all ads must be verifiable and searchable) and you are required to create a daily spreadsheet or list with all links to the ads and the amount of live ads that are on craigslist. Also note, that a couple of days of NON-PAID test postings will be required before we will be hiring to ensure quality work and to ensure that your posts are not being instantly removed. The test postings will be for 40 postings total per day for TWO days Postings will be done two times per day 20 each time with at least an 8 hour seperation between postings. If the work is of quality you WILL BE PAID for those two days as well as be hired on a regular basis. Only SERIOUS applicants apply. Budget: $0.20 per post x 40 = $8.00 per day. To be paid out Weekly (Unless other arrangements are made). If you can "GUARANTEE" PUBLISHED ADS (Non-Ghosted) and provide us 100% quality work then you will have the opportunity to many more projects for our company. Bonuses may be given to reward consistent good work! For every month of SUCCESSFUL post completion you will be given a $50 bonus!
