Higher PR for my site (current is PR5); Need 100 PR6 or greater links to my site.

I need quality incoming links for one of my websites. I do not require SEO – I have someone working on this already for me. Just need extra links to move my PR higher. This project is for a (PR5) coupons website specializing in printable (main category) and online coupons for various retailers, manufacturers and e-tailers. Long term relationship sought. Companies with proven track record will only be selected. Let's not waste both of our times if you are not qualified. I need 100 and more PR5 or greater links to our site. The links MUST be: 1) One way non-reciprocal links. NO link exchanges. Linking page has to be PR5 or higher. No PR0 or dreaded PR link pages are accepted. 2) Link must be permanent and must not be removed once linked. 3) All links must be themed and relevant to my site (shopping, coupons, discounts, retailers, e-tailers, etc) 4) Only high-quality permanent links wanted 5) Only direct static links (no redirects etc.) crawlable by search engines. You should check that the acquired link is "visible" to the search engines, that we are getting the credit for it, not hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way. 6) Links must be from different C-class IPs (I would prefer geographically diverse C class IP addresses) 7) Will not accept large number of links from the same C class of IP addresses. No linkfarms, FFA or spam websites. 8) The links should not be only from directories/blogs (a balanced mix from different site types is needed) 9) Links must be on pages with 20 outgoing links or less 10) Google crawled and indexed within last 45 days. 11) Links have to be approved before we process payment. Payment will be pay-as-you-go. Payment will be PROMPTLY and IMMEDIATELY provided upon posting the links. - You must provide detailed information on links posted including site URL, page rank and IP. - The links are subjected to our approval which you need to submit to us in an excel spreadsheet. - Please also mention the estimated time for completing the project. PROCESS: 1. I will send you targeted keywords. 2. You source links and send them to me for approval. 3. I approve / reject each link - and this process continues during the entire project. 4. You submit the information to the approved sites. 5. You send me the proof i.e. URL so that I can see my link has been submitted/posted on the web site. 6. You are paid for the links through escrow or PayPal (preferred).
